Working Hours

We are open early and late to ensure you have the equipment you need, when you need it.

  • Monday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

Shipping & Orders

  • Delivery Area: We ship countrywide across Kenya.

  • Delivery Timeline: Expect your tools within 1–3 business days.

  • Tracking: Shipping fee is a flat rate of Ksh 500. For order status inquiries, please have your order number ready when contacting us.

Returns & Refunds

If you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of purchase.

  • No Costs: We do not charge restocking or return fees.

  • How to Return: Simply visit us in-store or send an email to initiate the process.

  • Refunds: Processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
