Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Radiant Merchants, we understand that getting your tools to the job site quickly is essential. We offer reliable, efficient shipping services to ensure you have the equipment you need, no matter where you are located in Kenya.

1. Delivery Areas

We provide countrywide shipping across all 47 counties in Kenya. From our central hub on OTC Building, Ground Floor, Shop G13, Racecourse Road, Nairobi, we coordinate deliveries to major cities and remote towns alike.

2. Shipping Charges

Flexible shipping charges calculated and displayed before checkout.

Here is the shipping cost charges table:

1 Item: Base cost of Ksh 500.
2 to 9 Items: Incremental cost of Ksh300 for each additional item (e.g., 2 items = Ksh $500 + 300 = 800$ ).
10 Items and above: Flat maximum rate capped at a constant Ksh 3,000.

3. Delivery Timeline

We strive to get your tools in your hands as fast as possible:

Handling time: 0-1 days
Transit time: 1-2 days
Standard Delivery: 1–3 days.
Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are typically dispatched the same day.
Note: Deliveries are not processed on Sundays, as our shop is closed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our shop, you will receive a notification via phone (SMS) or email with your tracking details or the contact information of the specific courier assigned to your delivery.

5. Delivery Process

In-Person Pickup: If you are in Nairobi, you are welcome to visit us at our location to pick up your order directly and save on shipping costs.
Safe Handling: Our tools—including heavy items like demolition hammers and grinders—are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Receipt of Goods: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is any visible damage to the packaging, please note it with the courier before signing.
Cash on Delivery: A receipt containing payment accounts will accompany your order or follow the email link to complete your payments.

6. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If our courier is unable to reach you at the provided phone number or address:

They will typically attempt a second delivery the following day.
If delivery remains unsuccessful, the items will be returned to our Nairobi warehouse. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
