Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Radiant Merchants. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, whether you are shopping at our physical location on OTC Building, Ground Floor, Shop G13, Racecourse Road, Nairobi, or through our digital platforms.

By accessing our shop or placing an order, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the following business day.

2. Products and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate technical specifications for all tools, including power ratings (W) and sizes (mm). However, we reserve the right to modify product descriptions or discontinue items without notice.
All prices are subject to change. Shipping charges are not included in the item price and are flat rate of Ksh 500 .

3. Shipping and Delivery

Scope: We offer countrywide shipping across Kenya.
Timeline: Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Liability: While we aim for prompt delivery, Radiant Merchants is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen logistical challenges.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We allow customers to pay after receiving the item to minimize the insecurity issues.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Costs: We offer no restocking fees and no return costs.
Process: Returns can be initiated in-store at our Racecourse Road branch or via email at radiantmerchantskenya@gmail.com.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 15 days.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of our service or products without express written permission from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

Radiant Merchants shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the misuse of power tools or industrial equipment purchased from our store. It is the user's responsibility to follow all safety manufacturer guidelines.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi.
