While they share the same 685 mm wide frame for stability, the HPT50 is structurally upgraded to survive loads up to 5,000 kg:

• Reinforced Structural Steel: The forks and A-frame chassis use significantly thicker, high-tensile steel plates. This prevents structural flexing or bowing under maximum weight.

• Oversized Hydraulic Cylinder: The hydraulic pump cylinder is thicker and features heavy-duty seals designed to withstand much higher internal pressures during lifting.

• Upgraded Load Rollers: The tandem load rollers under the forks are reinforced with heavy-duty bearings to distribute the 5-tonne weight evenly across the floor without cracking or collapsing.
